CNC Cutting
An Amada - Promecan GS 840 with CNC control provides cutting of up to 4 metres in 8mm mild steel/aluminium and 6mm in stainless steel.

CNC Punching
An Amada - Vipros 255 with CNC control guarantees excellent repeat punching on up to 6mm mild steel/aluminium and 3mm stainless steel.

Laser Profiling
A Mazak Super Turbo - X510 mk 2 with automation can handle sheet sizes of 3m x 1.5m. It uses CNC control for precise accuracy and can profile up to 20mm mild steel, 12mm stainless steel and 8 mm aluminium.

CNC Bending
An Amada HFP 220-4, HFP 170-3, HFT 80-25 and a Guifil
PE 25-60 provide bending facilities with CNC control up to 220 tonnes and 4 metres in length.

Notching, Rolling and Swaging
A Euromac 220/6 R allows for variable angle notching and a SAF DS 60 adds to the rolling capability to include tube section and angle. A CMZ swaging machine.
